"Intensity"

Monday Strength/Skill Work: 5 X 5 Front Squats. Follow each set immediately with 5 box jumps, jumping for max height. The idea is to work on maximal explosion landing in a more extended position. During your strength work mix in 3 sets of L-sits and 3 sets of body rows.
