If you are serious about barbell movements then you should invest in a pair of weightlifting shoes. These shoes provide a hard, elevated heel and rock solid support. Why are these traits beneficial? The elevated heel facilitates better depth that may suffer from lack of ankle flexibiliity. The firm nature of the sole provides a solid platform to deliver strength and power. While driving through the ground, any compression of a typical shoe will rob you of leg drive. While this difference may seem inconsequential, it is very noticable once they are worn. It's like any good piece of equipment. Once you try them, you won't go back. Pictured above is Dr. Kathy Meesner. She is built with extremely long legs and a short torso. The beauty of it is that you can add virtually any ingredient and come up with a delicious, original dish.     Hey, I wish that was my curry! It was not but I will start taking pics of some of my dishes. Tonight I think I'll try beef, onion, broccoli. Gotta get with you to Global Foods!
