Here's some video from the 2nd Team workout. We tried to get some clips of everyone. Keep those competitive juices flowing. The Heart of America CrossFit Challenge is coming up! Remember there's divisions for everyone.

Thursday Strength/Skill Work: 1/3 Deadlifts 5 x 3. This is a one count up, three count down sequence. Really work hard on postural perfection. Alternate with Body Rows 5 X 10. Set your feet where you can get 10 reps. Again, work on good posture.
