Here's a message to all of our members. This also goes out to all of our competitors that will give it
their all this Saturday at the Affiliate Cup.

Thursday Strength/Skill Work: Warm up to include barbell thruster technique. Back Squat 5 sets. 6-5-4-3-2 reps. Go heavy. Alternate with weighted push ups, 5 x 8.
