Friday Strength/Skill Work: Deadlift 3 x 3, 3 x 2. Alternate with Skin the Cat or KB Windmills. Sometime during your strength work perform 1 set of max rep push-ups. Make them legit! Record your number and do it again in exactly 4 weeks.

    I'm still in San Antonio, gonna be for a while, ran into some bad luck when i got out of basic and got setback so I don't start my selection course until November 8 now, but things are going a lot better now excited to get going finally
