Happy and safe 4th everyone. As a reminder, we will have Open Gym time for members from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Monday.

Friday Strength/Skill work: Sots Press 6X5, use a kettlebell, one arm at a time, alternate with a Russian Twist 6X10. Do 3 Turkish Get-Ups (each side) every other round. Nothing like a good ol' fashioned Eastern European throw-down for an Independence day workout.
