Our teams are working hard getting ready for November 1st! We are really excited to get people in the arena. There is nothing like bonding with the local CrossFit community through competition and support. We hope you can all come out to support us as we try to bring the cup back to Valley Park!

Tuesday Strength/Skill Work:  KB Front Squat 4 X 8 (use 2 kettlebells, work on racked position)
