Gary Funk has completed his intros and started group classes. Gary is Kara Funk's husband and is definitely CrossFit material! Welcome Gary.
The class showed some great strength with overhead presses and L-sits. Speaking of classes. We are really growing and some people are finding themselves on the waiting list for certain classes. One thing to remember is to please wait until Sunday evening, after 6 p.m., to register for classes. Right now this seems to be the only solution to giving everyone a fair shot to get into their preferred time slots. Also consider our Metcon and foundations classes as well. Remember as we grow, so will our class offerings. Please feel free to give us preferred days/times. We'll do our best to get it on the schedule.
Thursday Strength/Skill Work: Back Squat 4 X 7. After each set of back squats, follow with a max. rep set of push-ups. Modify if you have to but make every one full range of motion!
