Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Behind the Neck Press 3 x 5, 3 x 3. Alternate with weighted lateral lunges 6 x 6 each leg.


- 3 minute rounds. MAX reps in the 1st  minute. In the 2nd and 3rd minute, do half that number. For example, if you complete 30 thrusters in the 1st minute, do 15 in the 2nd minute, then 15 in the 3rd. Your score is the 3 sets of max reps.
