Friday Strength/Skill Work: Warm up to include push-up and squat technique. Plan to spend some time in these positions. Below you will see 2 versions of strength/skill work.  

1.) 3 position Squat Clean. Work from the high hang, below knee, and ground positions.

2.) Front Squat 6 x 3 alternating with Push Press 6 x 3.
