Warm  up to inlcude: 1 Partner Push-up ladder. 10-8-6-4-2. One athlete does 10, then 8, etc.  push-ups while the other holds plank. Then switch.

Pick a Press : 5 sets ME on any rep scheme you’d like to do.

OH Press/Push Press/Bench Press/Dips/Floor Press/Sots Press

Jacknife or Barbell Rollout: 5 x 8

EMOM 12 Minutes. If you get caught rest the following minute and continue. Burpees go up 1 rep each minute.
