Warm up to include: Oh squat technique. Concludes with 1 set of 5 with 8 seconds in the bottom of each rep. Use bar or dowel

Back Squat 4 x 5 @ 9 RPE. After your last set drop the weight 50% and do 1 set of 15.

Weighted Ab-Mat sit-up 4 x 8. Only use added weight if you can do 8 bodyweight.
