Front or OH squat
4 x 6 @ 8 RPE
-After each set, perform 3 high box jumps. Work on maximum power and precise form.
4 x 6 each side
-After each set, perform 5 explosive push-ups
3 Minutes on, 1 minute off. 4 Rounds
-Each round starts with a 250 meter run
Round 1: AMRAP OH squat or OH Lunge
Round 2: AMRAP STOH
Round 3: Thruster
Round 4: Hang Power Clean
-Sub DB’s if needed
