Workout of the Day
Single Leg RDL/Partner Glute Ham Raise
5 x 5 + 5
After your set of RDL, have a partner assist you for 5 GHR
Alternate
Push Press (3 Count Negative)
5 x 5 @ 10 RPE
then
12 Minute Clock Catcher
Every 2 Minutes: 7 Burpees, 7 KB Swings, 7 Goblet Squats, 7 TTB/V-up
Each 2 minute segment goes up by 2 Repetitions (if you think you may get caught within 6 minutes then only go up by 1)
If you make it through all 12 minutes, do 100 burpees and smile
