Push Press
6-5-4-3-2-2…….
-The first 3 warm up sets should move quickly
-No more than 4 doubles to attempt a 2RM
Alternate
Barbell Roll-outs 5 x 6-8
-Set up 3-4 stations and alternate/share
-Use #5 plates to keep bar slightly off the floor
-Use ab-mat for knees
-Maintain hollow body!!!
