For those of you who have never seen this video, we just thought we'd post it again. In fact, I think the guys may be ready to beat their previous best. We'll have the camera ready.

Thursday Strength/Skill Work: Dead Hang pull-ups 4 x max reps. Rest exactly 1 minute between sets. Move on to Push-ups 3 x max reps. Rest exactly 1 minute between sets. Move on to KTE (strict) 2 x max reps. Rest exactly 1 minute between sets. Lastly, try to get 3 consecutive rope climb ascents.
