A very game crew showed up for our first WOD of 2009. I don't think the holidays slowed any of them down. The guys demonstrated some nice rope climbs and the ladies made bodyweight deadlifts look easy. Everyone was forced to work for that deep squat as I required all reps to touch the medball target. Thanks everyone for a great start to a great year.
