Workout #1 (SCALED)

-There will be a starting line and a turnaround line. At the turnaround there will be 3 objects.

-Sprint to your turnaround, carry sandbag back, perform 25 sandbag squats, return the sandbag.

-At turnaround, carry Kettlebell back, perform 25 swings, return the Kettlebell.

-Get all 3 objects to the finish line.

-Scored as 3 seperate events.

-9 Minute running clock

-2 minutes max rep Toe to Bar

-3 minutes max meter row

-4 mnutes max load Snatch
