WOD 13.2 is announced tonight at 7 p.m. Again, we will host a session on Saturday for those of you who wish to be judged. PLEASE arrive at 11 a.m. We will try to keep heats running smoothly and in a timely fashion for you. We enjoy our Saturdays away from the gym so please don’t be late. Remember if you cannot make this session you need to contact us to arrange an alternate time.
It’s time to get the Olympic Lifting going again. We would really appreciate some feedback on class days/times. We have hosted some free weekend sessions for beginning lifters. Many of you attended and did great. It’s not easy to know if you are prepared for an Olympic Lifting specific class but we are working on a system to help you along.
