CrossFit Valley Park is offering a Mobility/Flexibility/Breathing for Performance Workshop on June 5th, 12 p.m.-2 p.m We will be assessing our athletes and offering numerous flexibility drills to help you reach your potential! You will also recieve a "homework" document so you can work on these drills at home. This is for members only and it's FREE. Please take advantage of it!
Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Deadlift 5 X 5, Ring Dip 5 X max reps, Russian Twist 5 X 20. This is a 3 exercise circuit that will take up most of the hour. Finish with a short Metcon.
