Yes! They finally made an adjustable dumbbell we like. Simply take a drink and you can curl less weight.

On a serious note, you will be seeing more dumbbell movements in our programming. The dumbbell is an often overlooked tool. They are less technical than a barbell and in fact tougher to control. If you have any doubts just try "Fran" with #45 dumbbells. They are very effective for developing Olympic lifting movement mechanics as well. Get ready for some good dumbbell WOD's.

We have several new dumbbells and are working hard to find good storage solutions. You will find a new rack in the corner near the bay door. The racks will hold dumbbells from #20-#50. Please use the racks for these weights only. The lighter weights will soon have  a home but are on the floor for now.
