The Romanian Deadlift is also known as a Straight leg Deadlift. It's slightly different than the standard deadlift, targeting the hamstings, glutes, and back. We usually start this movement from the hang. Remember to keep the knees slightly bent, lats engaged, chest up, and hips back. Lastly, keep the bar very close to or touching the legs. Your hamstring flexibility will determine your depth.
