Having a strong foundation is essential to all movements. By getting stronger with your deadlift, you will be increasing your capacity for other movements as well. Bonus points for opening your eyes.

Thursday work/skill: deadlift 5X6, alternate with core and back couplet. Half moons and rows, russian twist and rope ascent, sit ups and pull ups, etc….
