Day 1 Results


Day 1 Results are in. The 2nd women's workout was a "multi-event" workout which proved to be very exciting. The sprints were fast, endurance bouts were grueling, and the margins were small. The ladies all attacked it with bad intent. Day 2 will prove to be a true test for the ladies as they face a final workout expected to be the toughest of them all.  Keep your game face on ladies!

After the final workout we plan to stop in Donahues in Valley Park, full of sweat, for a bite to eat and a little celebration. Please join us!

    Wow, incredible performances! Congratulations to everyone. I know the guys worked to the max but you ladies are awe inspiring.

  2. Ice baths, hot baths with epsom salt, massages, chiropractic care, acupunture and stretching is still not enough to embrass the power of your mind when doing all of these WOD's! You have to be there mentally more than anything! All of these participants are beast! I am grateful to be a part of the CrossFir family!
