We utilize CrossFit training methodology in our program. Each day includes a warm up, skill practice or strength work, and conditioning with a workout of the day (WOD). We often program in six or eight week cycles and offer chances to test your gains several times per year.

CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable.

The point of Crossfit is to help you become better at both the expected challenges of daily life and the unexpected challenges life can bring.

Equally importantly, CrossFit is the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together and support each other in improving their fitness. At Crossfit Valley Park, we believe the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.
