Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Warm up to include rowing technique and common faults. Using a single Kettlebell or Dumbbell perform the following. The idea is to use the same but heaviest weight possible on all movements. Single arm OH press 3 x 8 each arm. Russian twist 3 x 8 each side. Single arm OH Lunge 3 x 8 each leg.
