Chris Schwab is one of our newest members. He is a mover! Glad to have you Chris. Well we had a special Birthday WOD yesterday but the Birthday Boy didn't show up! Everyone got to take on "The Shaw." We don't envy Mike Shaw's next visit to CrossFit Valley Park.

Friday Strength/Skill Work: "Practice your Weakness!" Pick 3 movements that you consider yourself weak at. Work hard to improve them.

    glad i got to meet you chris. great job on "the shaw" AKA "the guy who bails on his bday wod claiming he was sick." it's like calling in sick to work the day before you go on vacation. Sack up Shaw. 🙂
