CFVP would like to welcome two new members. Stacy Morgan and Kathleen Beam are both doing great with CrossFit. Welcome aboard ladies.

Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Dynamic warm-up to include dumbell snatch technique. 3 exercise circuit, resting between triplets. KB Windmill 4 x 6 each arm. Renegade Rows 4 x 10 (5 each arm). Lateral Lunge 4 x 6 each leg (add some weight!!!!).
