CFVP would like to welcome some of our new athletes. Kim Greenberg, Bill Kallaos, and Ariel Wright have all been attending regular classes and doing great. Welcome everyone.

We'd really love to see CFVP members participating in our fundraiser for our Games team and the Circle of Concern. These events are for everyone. "Grace" is scalable to your ability and the 5K is a run/walk. Come out and challenge yourself while supporting two great causes.

Friday Strength/Skill Work: OH Squat technique 3 x 8, 3 x 6. In-between each set work on double unders and do 1 set of max rep dead hang chin-ups.
