CFVP would like to welcome Pamela Nicks. She has completed her intros and is attending regular classes. She's doing awesome. Pamela is a massage therapist so feel free to inquire about her services.

We are trying to conclude our Next Level Challenge II this week. We realize this is kind of short notice so let us know if you are having any problems. Try and get your benchmarks in this week, before Friday night. If we can get them all in, we will have our awards ceremony Saturday at 5 p.m. here at the gym. We will be providing food. If we struggle with getting everything in, we may have to postpone this a week. Everyone has done great and we have seen huge changes. Great job.

Tuesday Strength/Skill Work:

1.  Olympic Lifting. Clean and Jerk.  Finish with Clean Pulls 5 x 3 and Toe to Bar (strict) for max reps.

 2. Strength Work: Push Press 5 x 5. Alternate with Deadlift 5 x 5.
