CFVP would like to welcome Kris Scalf to our group. She has been doing great with CrossFit. Welcome Kris.

Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: OH Press 5 x 5. After each set of presses pick a static hold for max time. L-sit, hanging L, or plank.

    Kris is going to do great! Have had the pleasure of working out with her a few times… Good to be back at the 530 class today and see the old – no wait – "familiar" faces 🙂 I'd WOD with all of you every day of the week and twice on Sunday!
