Breathing is a vital component to athletic performance. Are you a belly breather or a chest breather? Do you inhale or exhale during the eccentric part of the movement? If anyone is interested in a breathing workshop, please let us know.

Thursday work/skill: OH press 4X5, alternate with weighted lunges. Mix in some ringwork, skin the cat, front levers etc…

    I would be. I subconsiously hold my breath sometimes on the work part of a movement. It is gonna make me blind if I don't learn or get in the habit of doing it right.

    I am interested. Could use help when I am working out or when I get home and find out my latest PR still did not beat Kara. That usually takes my breath away.
