Dr. Nicholas Romanov teaches the Pose method of running at CFVP this weekend

Monday work/skill: Back squat 5X5 rest one minute after each set of squats, then do a max rep set of chin-ups

    I am really bummed that I missed out on this! Grats on all who went though… I hope I can get some tips passed along, my pose running isn't so great.

    I would love to have been there but instead I was at the office for six hours on Saturday…Boooooooo! I suck at running so hopefully someone can show me how to be a poser.
