CFVP Members, We have started using a new system so bear with us as we learn to utilize it. Programming will now be posted daily. We realize some of you may benefit from seeing the full week. We will create a page that outlines the main Strength/Skill rotation each month. On daily posts you will see the “Whiteboard” icon. This is for you to create a log in and post results. You can keep track of strength/lift numbers as well as WOD results. It will archive everything for you.
The 2013 CrossFit Games Open starts tomorrow. The weekly workout will be posted on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. We will host judging for the workouts weekly on Saturdays starting at 11 a.m. Please get here early if you want to go in the first heat. We would like to run the sessions quickly. If you cannot attend this session and wish to submit a score please contact us to arrange a time to do it. Remember you must have your workout judged to officially submit a score.
Lastly, our E-mail system is down. If you have been trying to contact us we apologize. Just let us know in person if it’s urgent. It should be resolved today.
