"A vision of the September 19th Affiliate Cup?"
The workouts for the September 19th Affiliate Cup Competition will be announced on Friday, Septmeber 17th. The individual workouts will not be announced until the day of the event. We are allowing scaling for individuals but they will not be eligible to win. A detailed of the day's agenda will be posted next week and sent to all local affiliates. Game on!
Saturday Strength/Skill Work: Front Squat 5 sets of 5. Alternate with Kettlebell Clean and Press 5 sets of 5 each arm.
-1st 6 minute period. Run 400 meters. In the remaining time, do as many lateral jump burpees as you can.
-2nd 6 minute period. Run 400 meters. In the remaining time, do as many dumbbell thrusters as you can.
